The property

This boutique homestay has six vibrantly decorated rooms, all tastefully furnished and complete with air-conditioning, fantastic showers, TV, comfortable bed, minibar, tea/coffee maker, digital lockers and herbal toiletries. The upstairs rooms come with a private balcony for you to enjoy some quiet time or to gaze upon the historic monuments. Within the central area, there is a green garden to escape the city’s bustle.

With your stay, The Francis Residence offers complimentary breakfasts to guests, which will include homemade baked goods and freshly squeezed nectar juice. While for other meals a speciality Kerala lunch or dinner can be arranged upon request. They can also cater to private dinner parties with advance notice.
