As part of the hotel’s Green Policy, the hotel has a no television policy and each day turns-off the electricity for a few hours so guests may spend time absorbing the tranquil environment. With separate cottages and villas that offer different personalities, the resort’s accommodations are made to effortlessly infuse with the natural surroundings. For family-friendly holidays, Cassia Cottage’s spacious Beach House features two bedrooms that are both ensuite, a separate living room and a front terrace opposite the resorts two swimming pools. Couples in search of luxury accommodations, relax in the comforting and newly built Modern Deluxe cottages, which offer either tropical gardens or ocean views.
Widely acknowledge as one of the best restaurants in Phu Quoc, Cassia Cottage’s Spice House Restaurant combines the best of the world’s seafood with spices. Originally the family’s kitchen, The Spice House is now a beachfront restaurant that blends Vietnamese and Mediterranean cuisine made by a skilled chef and complemented by an extensive wine list.
The Malabar, which offers the ultimate beach bar experience, is the perfect place to relax during the evenings and enjoy a sunset drink. With music played softly in the background, taste a wide variety of drinks by the in-house mixologist, including cocktails, whiskies, and local and imported beers. The beach bar also houses the only functional pool table on Long Beach, in addition to various other board games.

Since then, the resort has created its own Green Policy which consists of and not limited to minimising its daily electricity usage through small generators, turning off the supply for a few hours daily and use of solar power
Additionally, sustainability plays a major role in the Green Policy by supporting local farmers, fishermen and producers and recruiting staff that are local to the island – including training them to provide opportunities for growth
