Anabezi Luxury Tented Camp

Anabezi has twelve luxury tents including one family suite. Each tent is made from canvas stretched over metal frames and raised on timber decking. The tens are huge, with spacious living areas with a sofa and coffee table, polished wooden floors, wooden furniture, foor-to-ceiling glass doors, and three sections including a bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have superb king-sized beds or two double beds, encased in a large mosquito net, with ceiling fans to keep you cool. You’ll be camping in high level luxury, with hairdryers, international plug points, wardrobes and even fluffy bathrobes and slippers. Of the two bathrooms, the indoor bathroom boasts a claw-footed bath and a toilet, while the outdoor bathroom has another toilet and an open-air shower.

The highlight of each tent is the private balcony with a plunge pool and daybeds to watch the wildlife passing by. You’ll have a clear view of the floodplains and can observe the hundreds of species that come to the river to feed. The family suite accommodates groups or families. Along with the main bedroom, there is another smaller bedroom on the opposite side of the deck, with two single beds and its own outdoor bathroom with a shower and toilet. Honeymooners are also well catered for, and the staff go to extra lengths to organise special experiences and private dining for a romantic retreat.

The camp has a main pool, a fire pit on the lush green lawn, a large viewing deck and offer a range of wildlife and safari activities.

Anabezi serves delicious cooked breakfasts, buffet lunches, afternoon tea with freshly baked treats and delectable three-course dinners.
