Enjoy the large mess tent and lounge area including a welcoming fire area for those colder evenings, somewhere to meet fellow travellers and swap adventure stories as you enjoy your pre-dinner drinks. Every group will have their own private vehicle, spotter, and guide throughout your stay one of the highlights of any of the Serian camps.
This flexibility allows you to design each day as you wish, predominantly your game drives either in the Mara North or the Masai Mara reserve both with prolific wildlife to create an incredible wildlife experience.

The Camp
One of just eleven properties in the vast Mara North conservancy you’ll enjoy exclusivity and amazing wildlife in this area. Five spacious permanent tents and one family unit are all tucked away in the bush, each uniquely placed with personal touches and elegant finishes to ensure a luxury in the bush experience.
One of our favourite things about this property are the amazing outdoor bathrooms, an experience you will love! Truly get connected to nature as you soak in your private bathtub and take in the sounds of the great African outdoors.
To keep on the theme of disconnect from reality and connect to nature, it’s important to note there is no Wi-Fi at this property – so sit back relax and enjoy your time away. The thatched mess area is perfect to enjoy your meals with your views over the Mara river. You will enjoy communal dining with your hosts, take in their stories, learn about the bush and the next place you’ll have to visit!

Every guest staying here has access to your own private vehicle and guide, this means each day is flexible to design how you please. Supporting the Mara conservancies is an important part of the conservation within this eco-system. For years unsustainable subsistence farming was driving the wildlife into smaller and smaller pockets – now the tides have turned. With many Maasai communities coming together and leasing their land for tourism the wildlife has come back. Each conservancy works closely with the community in supporting livelihoods, local employment, and together bettering conservation of the land and wildlife.
Serian is involved with many amazing efforts to continue the support of conservation and communities in both Kenya and Tanzania.
