Built into an old Bushman’s rest area, tucked away beneath the granite boulders of the Matobo Hills – the unique Amalinda lodge is the perfect addition for any original itinerary to Zimbabwe. If you want a break from wildlife Matobo offers cultural significance, visit the grave of the infamous Cecil Rhodes – an important figure in Zimbabwe’s history. This is also one of the world’s richest sources of San rock art found, journey back in time as you discover these amazing works.
