Latitude 15° is a stylish and sustainably-focused luxury hotel, secluded in the southeast corner of Zambia’s capital city, Lusaka.
Just 20 minutes from the city centre and 30 minutes from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (Zambia’s major international transport hub), a stay here offers comfort and convenience on arrival or just before your departure from the country.
The hotel features gorgeous upcycled décor, 32 spacious guestrooms (including three two-bedroom suites with kitchen units), as well as two restaurant options.
If you’re looking to stretch your legs, the hotel has a well-equipped gym, complete with treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers and rowing machines, plus weights, benches and balls.
If you’d rather relax, then pamper yourself at the indulgent in-house spa. Choose from Balinese, Malawian, India or even Swedish treatments, perfect for releasing tensions, soothing aching muscles (especially after a couple of weeks of the “African massage” provided by game drives!).
The spa products are all inspired by Africa, with many derived from indigenous species; without synthetic chemicals, parabens or other fillers and additives.

The property
Latitude 15° is comprised of 32 spacious guestrooms decked out in cool tones, contemporary upcycled furniture pieces and luxury textured bedding – ideal to sink into after or before a long international flight. There are also three two-bedroom suites available, perfect for families or groups travelling together, which also feature their own kitchen units.

Ornate beaded textiles, funky furniture and glittering chandeliers made of tumbled glass, copper disks and bicycle cogs are just some of the bespoke pieces to look out for. The artworks are made at Lightfoot Zambia, two workshops which employ underprivileged craftswomen and men in the area.
