This is a chance for both optimum relaxation and desert coastline exploration. Hotel Paracas Luxury Collection is a five-star resort located in a prime position on Paracas Bay. Whilst the setting here is incredibly tranquil, it is nonetheless a perfect base for exploration of the surrounding attractions in the Reserva Nacional de Paracas. This beach-front property is an ode to the outdoors, making the most of the ocean views and desert backdrop behind.

Enormous swimming pools are embellished beautifully with plenty of daybeds and loungers overlooking the sea. Relax for the day on the golden sand, and azure water beaches such as El Chaco, or commit to uncovering the virtues of the incredible surrounding area.

Boat-trips leave daily from the private jetty to the Ballestas Islands. Climb aboard and venture out to sea for a unique marine safari, taking in views of thousands of sea-lions swimming around the boat. Journey to Punta Pejerry for the best views in the house of the Candelabro and learn about the mysteries of this vast drawing that has been etched in the sand since prehistory.

Excursions abound, journey into the desert on a 4x4 with a private driver to the most remote spots in the dunes. With boards, plummet down a towering mass of beautifully wind-patterned sand at great speed and discover the best spots to picnic in this untouched area.

At dusk, watch fishermen reel in their catch of the day and choose your dinner out on the dock. Watch the sun sink beneath the horizon and feel warmed by a gentle breeze. Rest well here, in a spacious room with floor to ceiling windows and a huge, heavenly bed.

The Property

This property consists of 104 rooms and 16 suites which are all garden or sea facing depending on your preference. Rooms are decorated with wood and bamboo, creating an organic design palate that beautifully complements the ocean beyond. The bedroom and living room space lead through to large glass rain showers and pristine chrome accessories. All the deluxe guest rooms either feature one king bed, or two queen beds - perfect for families with children. Each guest room has wonderful views of either verdant gardens or the swimming pools and Pacific ocean. The Terrace Suite has its own dedicated outdoor garden space, the Solarium Suite is located on the second floor of the resort with spectacular views of the ocean from two spacious terraces, and the most luxurious option is the Plunge Pool Suite with two balconies overlooking the ocean - one featuring a plunge pool.

Facilities

Hotel Paracas Luxury Collection has countless facilities, including a spa with transformative treatments, massages and a jacuzzi. Each room in the spa is designated for specific indigenous treatments that incorporate elements from the surrounding area, using the natural vitality of Peru to rejuvenate, refresh and revitalise. Dining

There are three different dining spots at Hotel Paracas. Combining local culinary traditions with tastes of the Mediterranean, Ballestas Restaurant balances elegant dishes from the land and the sea. Facing the ocean, this is a smart dining option with large breezy windows boasting fantastic views. Down on the water’s edge, Chalana restaurant is famous for its Km 0 concept, that focuses on the glorious produce of the sea. Chalana specialises in the freshest produce possible, bringing the best of the sea directly to the tables set out on the hotel’s dock. Trattoria is a casual, family-friendly dining option which specialises in home made pizza and pasta paired with locally aged wine from Ica.
