Hotel AWA is an independent family project located in Chile at the entrance to Patagonia, looking onto national parks and mountains, making for easy access to many incredible landmarks to explore. This is where the National Park route begins and an area where ancient cultures have met, and it is only 20 minutes from Puerto Varas.

Every guest's stay at the hotel is made to measure and ensure their experiences and memories made at the hotel are ones they will never forget, and each is designed on a personalised service. The location is prime, especially for adventurous types, with various landscapes nearby.

The activities and excursions available from AWA Hotel are never-ending; for the keen fly-fishers, there are several rivers in the area, with the closest being the Petrohue River for trout and river fishing; this can be from a boat or the riverbank. However, this is still an incredible activity for non-fishing enthusiasts surrounded by breathtaking views.

Other activities include horseriding, rafting, kayaking, and hiking, such as the Cayutue Lagoon Train, one of the oldest routes in America used by the Jesuit missionaries.

As well as these adventurous activities, guests can enjoy a farm-to-table cooking lesson from the fresh produce from the garden at AWA.

Built following traditional Chilean construction, the hotel is built of reinforced exposed concrete, which ensures a characteristic texture and appearance.
