The property
The Residence features 66 luxury villas, all beautifully designed with African, Omani and European influences, and filled with luxurious modern amenities. These lavish villas all come with private rooms, lounge decks, ensuite bathrooms, a freestanding bathtub, day beds, parasols, antique furniture, panoramic ocean views and a private plunge pool. Room types range from the stunning Luxury Ocean Front Pool Villa for honeymooners and couples, to the opulent Presidential Pool Villa, which boasts a private outdoor shower garden, king size beds, and can accommodate families or large groups.
The Dining Room is located at the heart of the hotel with a sweeping views of the ocean, and serves fresh produce and meat with the classic Zanzibar spice. A short stroll away is The Pavilion Restaurant, serving Indian, Arabic and Mediterranean-style cuisine in a stylish setting, with live performances of traditional middle eastern music.
