A popular spot with both locals and tourists, The Slipway shopping and leisure centre is a fantastic waterfront destination, while the 200m jetty gives direct access to the Indian Ocean and is a base for all kinds of water activities, such as scuba diving, sailing, fishing, and cruises. The Slipway provides fantastic access to the neighbouring Bongoyo Island Marine Park & Reserve, offering beautiful conditions for swimming and family-friendly activities.  You’ll never be bored at Hotel Slipway. Let the staff take you on your first scuba diving experience or go on a special boat trip to the nearby islands and beyond. The Hotel

Styled in a bright and breezy beach style, rooms encourage natural airflow, and many feature stunning ocean views. Suites boast a living room and balcony in addition to a bedroom, and some rooms have balconies facing the ocean. Executive rooms have equally large floor plans and come with a bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Standard rooms have queen-sized beds, while economy rooms have twin beds and offer fantastic value for money. The Terrace Restaurant offers fine dining with a view. The Waterfront Restaurant offers immediate views of the ocean right at the water’s edge, with a menu centred around fresh seafood and wood fired pizzas, and there is live music on the weekends. Azuma offers beautiful authentic Japanese cuisine.
