Dyas 1-7: South Ari Atoll, Maldives

Day 1 - Arrive in the Maldives

You’ll be met after your international flight in Male and assisted onto a seaplane which will fly you over the sparkling ocean waters to the jetty at LUX* South Ari Atoll on the island of Dhidhoofinolhu. It’s one of the largest islands in the Maldives and consists of 193 private villas situated at the water’s edge along two miles of beach.

You will check into your Romantic Pool Water Villa and submerge yourself into the cool waters of your private infinity pool overlooking the ocean to shake off those travel cobwebs. Tonight you can unwind at the bar with a cocktail and meet fellow travellers, then enjoy a romantic meal at one of eight of the resort's restaurants.

Days 2-7 - Relax, explore and enjoy the Maldives

If you’re looking for more than an idyllic spot to sip a cocktail and watch the sunset, then you won't be disappointed as LUX* South Ari Atoll has a wealth of activities on offer. The resort’s dive centre provides full training and PADI certification for all levels, the water sports centre will have you snorkelling around remote sandbanks or trying a number of thrilling water sports, including kite surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, flyboarding and hoverboarding. If you’d like to rest your sea legs for a day, then head to the tennis or volleyball court, or do yoga on the beach.

If it’s an easy-going pamper session you’re after, then head to the spa and unwind with a range of different treatment options, including Chinese medicine treatments, a range of Shirley Page massages, Balinese massages, facials and more.

Day 8 - Depart from the Maldives
