Tragaluz Restaurant
Tragaluz Restaurant is framed by overflowing gardens, where art and chic join in the interior and set the scene of culinary theatre. The menu derives from Peruvian influences, but joins forces with other countries creating a fusion cuisine that has gained acclaim worldwide.
The Observatory & Belo Bar
The Observatory on the 11th floor has spectacular views of Lima and the Pacific Ocean. Breakfast is served here, offering fresh breads, pastries and local Peruvian specialities. Charcuterie, fruit and eggs are available to order. The Belo Bar is a favourite of lima, this stylish bar is English-style elegance with personalised cocktails and a generously stocked alcohol cupboard.
