The property
The George Hotel is a world class hotel offering the best in service, location and dining. The Residence is a three-bedroom standalone villa, and the ultimate private luxury accommodation. Built in the 1950s, the opulent furnishings include wooden panellings and marble benchtops, combined with high-tech modern amenities. There are two onsite award-winning restaurants and a stylish lounge bar. 50 Bistro offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea, with modern New Zealand cuisine showcasing the best local produce, while Pescatore is a fine dining experience with a range of exquisite degustation menus specialising in seafood.
