Inle Princess Resort

Featuring 46 chalets, 27 of which have lake views and 19 which have garden views, each spacious and well-appointed chalet features traditional Burmese décor, with authentic teak wood carvings, a private outdoor shower, and an expansive wooden deck with binoculars to view the surrounding wildlife. Standing on stilts above the lake, the palm thatched Lake Houses overlook the Lotus flower covered lake, and feature clay ovens to warm up in the cooler months. All are individually built by local artisans and finely decorated with traditional artwork.

Inle Lake is famous for its farm produce and skilled fisherman, and the dining services in Inle Princess Resort are dependent on these practices. With a seasonal menu that changes daily, the resort’s restaurants serve local Inthar cuisine with a modern twist, which is made with ingredients that are predominantly sourced from lakeside markets or grown in the resort’s grounds.
