The Property

Comprised of 11 rooms and suites divided across three grand villas, Knai Bang Chatt is the ideal gateway to private minimalist living. Guests are lucky to stay in close proximity to one of Kep’s only high-end restaurants, The Strand, which is situated on-site. The restaurant uses locally-caught seafood and vegetables, as well as quality imported ingredients for rich, yet healthy, dishes.

Knai Bang Chatt's Hand in Hand Cambodia Project is dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished communities in need of help. The project works in collaboration with the local non-profit organisation, Bridges Across Borders Cambodia, and the Belgian foundation Friends of the Rainbow Schools, and has improved the lives of more than 3,000 community members.

Knai Bang Chatt has several trainees who are young members of the Chamcar Bei community. They are given the experience and skills needed to work in Cambodia’s growing tourism industry.
